Azul Seguros is a branch of a insurance company Porto Seguro, with more than 100 years of experience and present in 22 Brazilian states, with profits exceeding $ 100 million in 2010.
The implemented solution is composed of 4 appliances in High Availability mode, covering the entire telephone call centers and operations of the company, including sales, customer service and fulfillment of a claims. To assist the management operation of the call center, ezVoice developed various reports and dashboards to monitor in real time the quality and activities of the call center, including a desktop program for login and logoff of agents.
